Welcome to the BizKid Project. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website, registering for our programs, or participating in any of our services. By accessing or using the site and our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Program Participation
 

• Enrollment in the BizKid Project summer camp or afterschool program is open to youth ages 8–16.

• All participants must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to register and attend.

• Participation in any BizKid activity requires completion of a registration form and acknowledgment of these Terms and Conditions.
   

2. Payment & Refund Policy
 

• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your child’s spot in the program.

• Full payment is due prior to the start of the camp or program.

• Refunds (excluding deposit) may be issued only if cancellation is received in writing at least 30 days prior to the start of the program.

• No refunds will be issued after the program begins unless due to documented medical or emergency situations, subject to review.
   

3. Scholarships
 

• Scholarships are awarded based on eligibility criteria and availability of funds.

• Applicants must complete a scholarship application and may be asked to provide proof of income or other supporting documents.

• Submitting a scholarship application does not guarantee acceptance into the program.
   

4. Code of Conduct
 

• All participants are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly.

• Bullying, inappropriate language, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal without refund.

• Students must follow instructions from staff, participate in scheduled activities, and treat others with kindness and respect.
   

5. Media Release
 

• By enrolling, you grant permission for the BizKid Project to use photographs, video, or audio recordings of your child for promotional and educational purposes, including but not limited to social media, brochures, and the BizKid website.

• If you do not wish your child to be photographed or recorded, you must notify us in writing prior to the start of the program.
   

6. Technology Usage
 

• The program involves the use of online platforms such as Canva, Wix, and AI tools. Participants will be supervised and guided in their use of these tools.

• Students are expected to use technology for camp-related purposes only and will be held accountable for misuse.
   

7. Safety & Liability
 

• We are committed to providing a safe and secure environment for all participants.

• BizKid Project staff and volunteers are vetted and trained to work with youth.

• By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with participation in an in-person program and waive any liability against the BizKid Project, its staff, or affiliates.
   

8. Changes & Cancellations
 

• The BizKid Project reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the program due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to low enrollment, weather conditions, or health-related concerns.

• In the event of cancellation, you will be notified promptly and offered a full refund or placement in a future session.
